What kind of gnats are these?

There popping up fast in my house I think their drain or fruit gnats because unlike fungas gnats there fast, I have plants in my bathroom tub and they started popping up everywhere within the past couple days. I did a soil drench with spinosod and foliar sprayed With green cleaner and I didn’t see anything in the plants while wet then when they dry up the fuckers go on the foliage again And crawl in my bathroom mirrors lol.. they’re not just on the plants but all in my damn house now lol I don’t know if there coming up the drains or attracted to the plants

If they are the banana flies you just need to find the source to get rid of them, they don't live long.
