I agree with most everyone here that no one is ever truly a "master grower". Mastering yourself and realizing that you always have something to learn is about the best you can hope for, (providing that you're actually growing good weed while you're at it. lol).

I think I am just going to start applying to every master grower job I see; maybe a standard definition can be reached through asking a bunch of questions of the people hiring them.

I figure being a master electrician would have to have some sort of standards, why not a grower.
