What to do with male plants?

Hey so this is my first indoor grow, I have only had one previous outdoor grow with 8 plants and was lucky that none of them were males, so now that i have these indoor plants some are starting to show that they are males but I’m not sure on what to do with them? Do I just kill them? Or? Thanks in advance!

Definitely male and from the look you already have pollen. Big plastic bag over it before you spread more. Good luck.
