What do you guys do with the small underdeveloped nugs from the bottom? These weren't getting much light.

That never even occurred to me. This is my second grow but I'll definitely keep it in mind for the future

We grind up the larfy buds and use them in several ways. They typically aren't as potent as mature buds, but they can still be used.

I use them to make the cannaoil that I use to make brownies.

I mix fluffy small nugs in with my regular bud chops. I will take say 1-2 big regular buds, then chuck in a few wispy larfy nuggets and get through it that way.
