I have a pocket microscope that goes up to 120x but it's difficult to see through. I also have a magnifying glass that's 60x, but I can't see the trichomes well enough to see cloudy and clear. Any suggestions?

I use a jewelers loupe too.I have a USB microscope that plugs into my phone that goes up to 200X and I have a 60X jewelers loop.
Doesn't the phone limit how good it can zoom. I have 30 x binocular on phone but by the time I get half zoom it's blurry. This is I phone 6s plus.I have a USB microscope that plugs into my phone that goes up to 200X and I have a 60X jewelers loop.
Can you put a link to it on here. Is it amazon?I've got a lens that snaps on an old iPhone, that way with some improvised stands you can get a nice enlarged view of your buds and trich's. Cost was I think about $25-30, that's been working for years.
The zooming is a function of the microscope, not the phone.Doesn't the phone limit how good it can zoom. I have 30 x binocular on phone but by the time I get half zoom it's blurry. This is I phone 6s plus.
Those are on little leaf coming from the bud. At the tip as you clearly see the tip of leaf but also see the trichs. Dialed in with a bit more than the low setting of 60x I think it'll count the trichs on the trichs.View attachment 731775 Just got 60-100x microscope for phone. It was a bit of pain to set. I set to 60x and focused. You have to line up with camera on phone and keep it aligned while adjusting focus. This was not perfectly dialed in. But it works good I think. 10.99 amazon. Oh and holding hands still while capturing pic is tricky that's why the littl blur.
I look for 30% amber. Easy with the naked eye. Here's a shot of resin glands on a plant that I haven't even flipped. Crazy. With a combination of LEC and feedings of malted barley I generally end up with fat, stumpy, well defined trichomes.I have a pocket microscope that goes up to 120x but it's difficult to see through. Yeah. You can definately see that naked eye. I want amber trichs. I think my trichs are still very clear. What do you see? I'm only 28 days into a breeder estimated 10 week flower time I just wanted to see them.I look for 30% amber. Easy with the naked eye. I've never really done trich checks. First indoor grow. Outdoor I let it rock til first frost of the year. So no microscope needed there.Yeah. You can definately see that naked eye. I don't have to time a flush. It's pretty obvious to me when a plant is ready. It gets an orange glow to it. I usually let 1 foxtail run go then it's chop chop.I've never really done trich checks. First indoor grow. Outdoor I let it rock til first frost of the year. So no microscope needed there.
