What type of grow would you do if you could?

I have been growing now for about three years. Started out in an ocean forest blend then went to chow mix and now straight coco. I'm building a new flower room and have always wanted to try a DIY UC setup. I can go any direction I chose, but what would all you fellow farmers suggest for simplicity. I would rather spend my time tending to the ladies rather than hand watering them. I currently run four 1k lights and would more than likely add two mor in the new flower room. And I have around 7 foot ceilings. I'm game for any suggestions.

I tried most mediums. DWC works best for me. In DWC I found that its easier to fix a problem. Just simply swap out the water. Its takes a little longer in soilless mixes to fix a problem IMO.

Would you switch up from coco and go some type of hydro? Or stick with what you know? What would you do?
