What type of worms is this!!!!

Went to clean res and noticed some slimy stuff and noticed a few little darker spots of what I thought was slim n it ended up being a small blackish worm it has very small intinas I cant really get a close enough pic ... what do yall thing they are what do I need to do!!! They haven't really showed to much damage yet but I domt want them to cause any damage at all so would love to kill them asap

ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME!! how do I get these worms out of my plants I'm using tweezer to hey them off the lower roots but idk how to get them out of the clay balls without hurting my plants or how to kill the eggs that are in the medium

Let me preface by saying I do not grow hydroponically and I can’t tell what pest that is by the picture. Now with that said, you could try azamax, it can be used in a hydroponic reservoir and kills a broad range of pests. I don’t know if it will work for you but it’s a start.
