What would be the perfect light bulb?

How many K and W and Lumen's would be perfect for 3 plants? (veg and flowering). Right now I have a CFL 2700k for two plants(veg). Thanks for all answers in advance!

what do you mean by K and W . how much space do you have to flower in? these will help us give you a good answer

I think he's referring to Kelvins and Watts.
To get less stretch during veg use the 6500Kelvin...your plants will be sturdier. If you flower with them mix the 6500 and the 2700K together for the frostiest plants...or just use the 2700K.
Really though, I think you will be better off flowering under an HPS, a T-5, or LED's.
