First time grower, not really sure whats wrong with the leaves, seems to have a rough bumpy texture. Sprayed them with neem oil the day before and woke up to them looking like that? It wasn’t the first time I sprayed them, I had done it like 4-5 times a couple weeks before. They are also outdoor grown, not sure if it has anything to do with it. Hopefully someone has some answers on what it might be, also its happening mostly to the new (upper) leaves. Thankyou
