Whats causing this discoloration? Any info is greatly appreciated

Hello, i need help finding out the cause of this discoloration,
Media 707 roots organic
Smart pots
Ph is 6.5
Lux led lights at 60%
Ppfd is 600 to 700
Mills nutrients at 1100 ppm
Feeding when completely dry every 2 or 3 days

lights too close,
raise it up like 8-10 inches..
