Whats happening to my leaves?

First timer here. Moved my babies from a small container w seed starting mix to a larger one w potting soil and perlite. With the bigger pot came a bigger shelf so I went from an Amazon grow light to a 7,000 lumen shop light. Soil moosture is 7.5. The next day I started getting yellow spots on leaves. I trimmed off the affected leaves and sprayed with Neem oil but it's continuing, what am

I’m new as well, so take it for what it is but I think it can be a few things: transplant shock, over watering 7.5 seems high for such a small plant And possible N deficiency?
