Narcos is what I am watching right now. Really hard to watch while trying to go to bed, too many subtitles. Great show.

Watching the subtitles (I just watched #7) is actually interesting. A lot of the stuff they translate is not how I would translate it. I have not looked it up, but that makes me think the translator is not an American born, native English speaker. Or they did the job before seeing the film.
It still works, & is very much in context & delivers the point of the dialogue...but being American, it's just not how I would translate it to another American.
I dunno, if you know both languages you don't pay attention to the subtitles. I didn't even remember it had them. But then when you do pay attention, how they are translating it is interesting.
Another weird thing, is now I'm looking for subtitles even when they are not there, that's annoying.

Two seasons on Netflix but I had to get season three from a different source.I'm halfway into that season and I just have to say that for me it's much better than Orange is the new Black by a country mile.Holy shit I'm hanging on to the edge of my seat during every episode.The writing is brilliant!When you get around to watching it let me know what you think. :)

The Last Ship is on Netflix, & I think the second season is coming soon. It's worth watching. Also, any of the Sherlock's. I think Neflix only has the British one...but it's bloody brilliant.
Also, I can't say enough about The Killings. It's only two seasons...they chose not to drag it out. But I've watched those two seasons a few times. Love it, love it, love it. It's "as good" in my opinion, as anything else mentioned here.
