What happened? Give us the full story and close up pictures of the buds. What happens when you pull on one of those brown leaves that are in those buds?

It started at the top and I thought the light was to close and high so I raised the light and lowered the intensity and it just started dying it looks like week 7 of flowering

When you pull on one of those brown leaves in the middle of those buds, does it come out with a chunk of bud? Does the chunk look grayish where it tore from the plant?

Edit: Picture is from Grow Weed Easy. Example of bud rot.

See the brown right up against the green "healthy" tissue? That chunk would separate from the plant rather easily ... it would also show that the "healthy" green isn't so healthy and its just a matter of time before the whole bud, then the whole plant is consumed by the fungus.

Example of budrot

It's not likely bud rot if it doesn't separate easily from the bud. Something else is going on ... how quickly did this happen? Were you gone and unable to check your plants?
It did run high humidity for a week or two

Over 2 weeks and no I thought it a light issue
Can you give me much more detailed answers. Over 2 weeks since you last saw the plants or from when the trouble began? What made you think it was a light issue?

I'm trying to help but I need you to provide the information that will help us figure out what has happened. Over-all, to me it looks like neglect. I don't see signs of fungal illness based on those pictures. I do see signs of nutrition and environmental issues.

No I understand and there's def neglected involved tbh these two got out of control and I honestly think it just nutrient locked and over watered at this point I don't even know how to try to save them...I'm a amateur at this

There's a difference between neglect and not knowing what to do. You're new to this. It sounds easy ... but in truth its not as easy as it sounds. Does that make sense?

Overwatered for sure. Let the plants dry back until the pot is light before watering it again. The other thing here ... When a plant is struggling, its best to give it less light unless its obvious its a lighting issue. More light just causes the plant to try to work harder in less than ideal conditions.

I'm not sure how successful you will be bringing the plants "back to life." They aren't dead, but they are damaged. All we can do is use a list of cannabis "best practices" ... The flip side of that is cannabis tends to be quite resilient. With the right moves, all might not be lost just yet.

I'd look around the forum for some Starter tutorials and spend some time learning about the plant, how it grows, and so on. I'm sure if you look, you'll find them.
