Whats up with California lightworks

Im not hearing good things about them right now. Its not their lights....its the company itself. Are they being sold? Or going thru Bankruptcy? If anyone has the lastest news please share.

I was going to buy one of the Solar Storm 400 lights but my shop told me they won't sell them anymore because there is rumors they are going BK. I like the lights though so maybe it just helps the price drop.
