Cannabis is an annual dioecious (unisexual) flowering plant. To elaborate, it germinates from a seed, reaches sexual maturity, reproduces and dies all within one year when growing wild.
Near the end of it's life there is a process called senescence.
Cannabis plants will change heads during the senescence process. The color may change. Blue-purple hues appear but this is mostly due to low temperatures or genetics. The plant will also seek nutrients from the large leaves to bring them back to the flowers.
so it rather normal for the leaves to discolor as you approach the end, as long as it don't progress to fast as compared to overall ripeness and maturity of the plant your fine. Notice that how much a plant may fade more or less may also vary noticeably with the phenotype and also depending how you feed.
if you talk about the branche bottom right, look like it's revegging and/or not flowering properly
and/or looks like it's not getting enough light also.
yeah you could just cut it, or you'll prolly get noticeably more fluffy and airy buds from it.
