also you want to put this cutting back to veg with 16/8 18/6 or 20/4 light schedule, so it stop flowering and go back to veg and start to grow again. Reveg could take a few weeks and plant may grow single bladed leaves during that time.
Oh i didnt put it in the same tent I just put it in front of the window for fun, i dont worry about this clone

Im only wondering about the main plant (This thread was about) because the smell is nice and I see crystals forming but it just doesnt seem dense, I can look through it if I put my eye close

So i'm about 100 days in and I think it should be almost done by then right? Of course mine was delayed, but I dont wanna go 'too long' and thus making it worse somehow.

Can I get some indication on when to harvest?

The buds look thick from far away, but when look closely there isn't much density to it.

I dont know if it will become more dense. What should I do?

hard to say from thoose pics alone, need closer unblurry well focused photo(s) ot some tops where we can see how swollen are the calyx and the ratio of white pistil vs orange/brown.

also ideally you choose the harvest window going by the ripeness of the trichromes inside the buds not sugar leaves.

Bbs Trichromes

Chop and start your next grow. 100 days is an insane waste of time and resources. Chasing sick plants for yield is a fools errand. Apply what you learned to your next grow and I bet you’ll get some big frosty buds next time. 👍

Post a few close-up pictures of the flowers near the tops of the stems (the colas). From what I can see, the plant looks like it will finish okay. A closer look would be helpful, though.

Im not the best photographer lol but I tried to make good pics

So yeah, I think they should be almost done, but there isn't much density to it. but I dont wanna wait too long I think I should really cut it this week or maybe next at most.

What do you guys think? What do you recommend? Thanks a lot

pistil/stigma/hair seem orange/brown for the most part so most prolly close enough or within the harvest window, tho's bud are a lot airy with few foxtail and high leaf to calyx ratio definetly not what you usually want your bud to look like.

any more infos on the light your using, brand, model, link ?

It's a brandless 85watts 'full spectrum' light

Yeah its not dense and too 'airy' but I think it wont become dense

Unfortunately its not what I hoped for, I was hoping for big dense buds but yeah i dont think it will become like that at this point so probably best to not let it stay in too long because im way passed the time frame.

So what is the plan now, leave it in the dark for 48 hours then cut it? Or flushing it or whatever?

that doesn't tell much about it ? any link to the store page

tho' usually shadowy brands led light from ali express do not use the most efficient LED chip available

Yeah its not dense and too 'airy' but I think it wont become dense

yeah that won't change that much now

but cheap light often give cheap result if you plan on growing again you should seriously think into buying a dedicated light form a renowed brand.

a 100W model would do the job

just chop, trim then dry or dry then trim, no need for 48h darkness or flushing that doesn't change things significantly

Alright thank you, yeah its just a no name brand from china so I guess if i'm ever doing it again I will do it better

guess I will be cutting it then, so no need to wait I can just start tomorrow or something? No need for darkness or flushing it one final time or anything?

well I hope it becomes salvageable lmao, it should be 1 to 2 weeks of drying right?

drying time can vary a lot depending temp and rh. when buds stems snap and no longer bend you're good usually

Alright thanks for the help. Im still thinking now after I cut it that maybe I was a bit fast, because of course I delayed it a bit when it was sick so it might could have gone another week or two but I think 100 days should usually be about the max, its not that it suddenly became much denser after 100 days right? Typical me, cut first, then wonder if you should've afterwards..

You all have been of great help so thanks a lot, of course your first plant wont ever turn out good but if im ever gonna do it again im sure i can do much much better.
