What's wrong with my baby's

I thought it might of been to much nutrient and hydroguard cause I just went from 300ppm to around 500-550ppm and I accidental put 2 ml in my 2 lt when its 2ml a gallon but I noticed some white looking stuff on my rockwool wich I know wasnt there 3 days ago when I changed my waters out I was told to just spray it with some neem oil n cover everything back up like I had it b4 res change if it is from the light and it being wet then would it still make my bottom set of leaves turn yellow like that ... its only on the one so far at least any advice would be awesome they are autoflowers and they was germinated arounf June 8-9th ther the low Ryder auto and red poison auto

The white stuff is just nutes, don't worry. The plants look ok, hungry for more light.

So maybe lower my light some,,? I got an 800w led light how far should it be above my autos its about 4ft now

so the nextset of leaves are Turning yellow now to I lowered PlH to 5.5 and Took some of the Nutes out By adding water any other Suggestions I also lowered light There also getting spots on Other leafes

Often growers over analyze their plants and cause more harm to them than good.
Time is your friend here . They should grow out of that and produce more healthy leaves than the spots you’re worried about. I don’t really see them. Maybe a closer pic would help.

It ended up being my ph meter being off by 1.5 but I would love a few tips on anything u seeing me doing wrong I just started traing my autos
