Pull the male parts off and see if it develops more... maybe she will only throw out a couple and maybe she will identify a male... but yes herming.

Oh right ok, I never knew that was possible, I always thought once it showed balls it was no good and needed taking out and binning if you wasn't breeding

Well most times but sometimes they toss a few out and then are fine. Sometimes it's the last couple weeks... no matter what of you keep it your going to need to keep a very close eye for the rest of the grow... good practice to spray with water before plucking to ensure the pollen is not viable and doesn't get out.

The stress causing the nutrient deficiency can also be causing the sex reversal. Fix the problem and the balls may not come back.

I see what could be the very early indication of potassium (edges scorching but it's not quite looking like typical K deficiency), excess calcium, phosphorus (very early dark green like bluish purple hue before splotches come), possible mag (if not potassium), possibly sulfur, iron or Zinc in the new growth that's lime green.

i was going between mag and copper def.
choose copper as those are not dark enough leaves nor turning purple,, he dropped the grow nute to early. than a week later this is happening..

Tbh I have never seen a legitimate micro deficiency that was caused my lack of.

The reason I say the P was these dark green but no shine or glossiness and the lack of clawing or buring on the tips but rather a fade. It's really subtle with P in the very early stages but it slaps you in the face pretty quickly when it progresses. Was referring to this pic.

Also why I agree it's likely more mag then a K deficiency because it's usually a burn not a fade .

So would you all say that this deficiency maybe causing the sex to change. All 3 plants have the deficiency so need to find out whats causing it. What would people advise my next move should be with them, do I flush them, what should I feed them and also the ball picking off the hermaphrodite do I just spray the whole of the grow with water before picking. I really appreciate all your help guys

Not thw deficiency itself... its the cause of the deficiencies that may contribute to the plant herming.

I can't say for certain the cause but can you answer these. It will definitely help.

Hey guys, im surprised something like this hasn't been posted before but better late than never. I know i don't make policy around here, but i would think everyone will agree with me on this. It's very hard to diagnose a plant when you don't have all the information at your finger tips. If...

1. I'm growing from seeds i got from some bud
2. They are 9 weeks old (3 weeks into flower)
3. From soil to top of canopy size. One is 26 inches, one is 23 inches one is 17 inches
4. They are in 10 litre pots
5. Bio bizz light mix soil
6. I water them when the look like they need usually can be 3-4 days
7. PH I try to keep at 6.5 but had a few times where it been between 6.3/6.5. I use UK tap water thats been sat for more than 24hours with ph up and down to get it where I want it
8. Fertilizer is ionic growth with the N.P.K ratio: 2.2-1.4-2.6 and ionic bloom with the N.P.K ratio: 1.4-1.4-2.6
9.Not sure what foliar feed is but no i dont spray plants with anything
10. The light is a mars hydro ts 1000 led
11. The light is 18 inches above the top of the canopy
12. Tent size is 70x70x160
13. Temperature usually stays around 26/27 in the day then gets no lower than 19 at night
14. What is the pH of the soil?
15. No bugs
16. First ever grow

Ok so couple things you can likely improve but first how much of each nutrient are you feeding them?

I would not ph adjust my nutrients for a soil grow as these soils are prebuffered and will adjust the ph for you. Explained in the link

I think it's possible you are slightly over watering I'll link a thread on media and one on ph at the end. You should be letting the pots dry until they are light (like very light)... if you already are good stuff.

Would be nice to see a PH of the runoff to see where it's at.

Make sure the pots are up off the floor to ensure your root temps aren't affect by a cold floor.

Sorry mate didn't even see id missed the soil ph question normally its at the same as what I set it at (6.3/6.5) never noticed a change in it so im pretty shocked at people saying the soil sets the pH for u. They have looked and been very healthy till this yellowing. I fed them 3ml grow 3ml bloom per litre when flipped then cut out the grow on its next nute feed and fed 5ml bloom per litre. I do leave them till they pretty much weigh nothing between watering. I will lift them off the floor but I cant see it being that as underneath the tent is carpet not a hard floor so that shouldn't get cold

Yeah imo you need to go back to 50/50 bloom veg.

Probably see atleast once a week ppl who flip and go full bloom and week 3 all hell breaks loose. Honestly the PK ratios suggested in flower almost always do more harm than good.

On top of that I think @MIMedGrower and othesr were right... you feeding probably twice the amount that's needed and likely need to flush and have a nutrient buildup.

Yes a get a small run off when I water. So u would recommend flushing and going back to 3ml grow 3ml bloom or even lower than that. This is my first grow this so I feel like a deer in headlights now all this has started happening lol

Feed a full veg feed the first feed after you flip. Full veg with cal mag. You don’t have to mess with transition feeding of equal amounts.
