What's Wrong With These Buds?

This is a white widow bud. It is 5 weeks into flower. My main buds all look fine but as I go lower on the branches, they look like this. It has happened on all my plants this run. It's like they are stunted. The hairs have either disappeared on some, never grew on others, or have turned this dark brown and shriveled up....the once resinous leaves are not anymore....all that I have found online says hermaphrodite.....I found zero pollen sacs or bananas. Can anyone confirm if this is a Hermie or a mixed gender bud? Or is it something different all together? I'm afraid that it's spreading. I just went through and chopped a bunch of my buds off the plants because I'm worried....not sure if I should keep chopping them down or what? My temperature and humidity have been good. I monitor my pH....but my water is really bad...even with an RO system. I've had a little light pollution. Any info would be greatly appreciated. The actual bud from this photo is only the size of a fingernail.

Along the floor, there is a 1inch gap 3ft long where there is indirect light pollution. There are no areas where light is shining direct on the plants, also the if you are not standing right by the crack, it is pitch black...you can't see your hand in front of your face.

After going through aquafx barracuda, my ppms are still at like 290 before nutes....my filters are only a month that old....not even.

No. Like I said, literally every single one of my plants has buds like this. I have 2 other strains running, a total of 4 tables in 2 separate rooms. The other room doesn't have the light pollution. I have this feeling it's not hermaphrodite. But maybe something regarding the water.....but I have no idea. I can't find anything online.

I don't know what that looks like....but from what I understand, it would take a lot more to put these plants back into veg than a little crack at floor level.....plus it's literally every single plants.....that would be a strange coincidence.....for them all to turn at the exact same time with the exact same parts of the plants affected, across 3 different strains....but I'll look it up. Thanks for the idea!

Yeah but if it were the water, you would think it should be uniformly-systemic and not just the lowers.

Yeah I'm afraid it might be moving up the plant...it's to early to tell....also when I pluck them off, and squish the them open, they have a different smell. Not rotten, just planty, and different then the normal flowers. I'm 5 weeks in....not sure if I should keep on hoping or if I just chop it all down now...

Yes, I've already begun that....I spent like 6 hours the other day butchering my plants....they are trellised so there aren't really areas getting zero light....I've already taken care of that....but I went further up....like I said, hoping not to scrap the entire run

See #7. Also, I've been using way more pH down than my last run....but if my RO if screwed up than maybe I actually should.. maybe I got a bad batch of pH down lol! But it's super sketchy. All I can do is read the numbers and go by what the meter says.

Not knowing your soil, the size of your pots, the size of your plants, your grow room setup, just looking at the bud, maybe too much water. Pots are not draining and drying your soil in between feedings? Root rot is my uneducated guess. Could be so many things though. Grow rooms to cold at night? Humidity is in excess with poor ventilation. Inadequate lighting on the lower buds? Don't know. But your said "squish" them open. That seems no Bueno. You should be smelling dank bud smell, not planty. And the bad water thing, what's that? Just a maybe, not knowing your setup, l'm with BioStimz, lollipop the lower buds, then dry up the soil and work on your tops? I think your in way to far for a re-veg. Just my thoughts.

The trichome looking parts of the bud have weird placement. It looks more like infestation of some kind to me. Have you used a loop or magnifier?

What is your ppm before going to the RO? Is your ppm meter calibrated?

What medium and pot size?

The light leak is very bad. The way photos work indoors is you need to give them 12 hours of uninterrupted dark time. Plants don't sense light the same way we do. What is dark to you is not dark to a plant. And what's dark to an inside plant is different for an outside plant. A plant will grow in a dark basement with just a tiny bit of light. I've thrown plants in the trash and found them alive and well weeks later...in the trash! If you have a 1" gap of light, the plants are seeing it. I'm not saying that's your problem, but it could be...and needs to be fixed no matter what. Or run autos. But that light leak must stop. Your pic, it looks like it's possibly revegging.

The other thing is a pest of some sort.

I wish I could answer you for certain. One thing I know for certain, you have to eliminate that light leak.

No soil....hydro setup with rockwool....they definitely are not being overwatered, but I know those leaves on that bud look all weird. Humidity, temps, air flow are all on point.

No. I have not....the trichomes are disappearing....it's like they blew off or something...
