I question 2 things asap. How much water how often and how close are the lights? Those leaves are reallllly drooped downward, ive had both watering and lighting issues and never seen leaves droop that far downward. They droop further down when under watered but i can see your soils moist in the picture, also whats the airflow situation? Wind burn is a thing also but i havent seen it look the way yours does.

watch that you don’t water too frequently..
