Whats wrong with this seedling

Was germinated 9/1 on paper towels. Popped put of the soil about 4 or 5 days ago and has looked like this since should i just pull it and plant something else in the soil ? Its in fox farm ocean forest with 25 percent added perlite

Its just having trouble knocking its shell off. Try moistening the shell with some water to help it break through on its own. If that doesn't work you can gently pluck the shell off with some tweezers.

But what you have is a weak seedling. My experience has been that if they aren't strong enough to shed the seed hull themselves that they are iffy on whether it's worth growing out. The dude above me is right. I'd spray it let that moisture seep in than then gently pry it off and see what happens. Can't hurt to try :)
