Whats Your Atf Breakfast??

Heres mine from this morning recipe below the pic, My rendition of a traditional latino recipe
Huevos Rancheros Le Grande

Breakfast of Champions right there,

2 or 3 corn tortillas lay in a oven safe fryin pan.
Spread a layer of black or refried pinto beans on tortillas
Take crock pot pork verde with hatch green chili sauce spread a generous layer of pork over beans. Sprinkle with fav cheese, I use sharp cheddar. Top each with a fried egg over easy then pour El Pato salsa fresca over both. Then sprinkle with more cheese. Put under broiler and wait till cheese is browned and bubbly 3-5 minutes. Serve with side of grilled peppers or homemade salsa.

Bust yolks and dig in. OMG!!!

LOL........... Only thing missing with a knock and serve is the flashbang grenade they throw in the babies crib 1st. :(
