Whats Your Fav Bulb/light For Cloning?

I use a cfl seems ro do the trick. T-5 was good. However im still a fan of the tube fluorescents. I liked the cool blue or twist tubes. Almost impossible to give to much light so never have to worry there to close.

Clones don’t rally need anything major when it’s rooting. Just enough to keep her alive. T5 at. at 6500k spectrum is perfect .
Even twist ones provided it’s not putting out too much heat.
I use led, Homedepot full spectrum and have not been disappointed

Currently I've been using a single 9w 3600k cheap-o led bulb for clones and they love it !
Also vegges them just fine for about a week to a week and a half after they root !!!
I'm using that lone bulb in a 18" x24" cab I made

So I second what @Jack og said
Only need enough light to keep them alive

Never use any light.I just set them in the corner and use the ambient light of the veg room.Works better than ever.

6500k cfl or led tubes are good for clones to root

i,ll go one even better-i just sit mine un my kloner un my kitchen and just put a daft wee incandecant bulb next to it.a 60 watt job.i didn't have room in my veg space so i just tried to see. As you say heisen you don't need alot of light but still i wasn't sure it would work.it did.no problem.i ended up leaving it there rooting my clones for a good while.

Feliz 200W 6500k cfl what I used into early veg in a cabinet. worked like a charm.

I clone in a 2×2 tent (only good use for a tent) and I use 2- 2ft under counter fluorescent s, one blue one red.
No heat buildup and they root very well under them. That and Clonex solution for the win.
