Wheelbug assassin bugs are good right?

Found this guy on a plant. Supposedly they eradicate other pests and can deliver a nasty bite to people. He held up two legs in defense of my camera.

Yes they eat other bugs,,, they do have a nasty bite and they can carry chagas which will seriously mess you up
