When do you all harvest?

I’m playin around with harvest timing and just curious what everyone else does? When and how ?
I’ve got two ladies here both roughly 75-80 days in a 2x4 tent under a pair of 240 watt kingbrite quantum’s , I run promix with added perlite and pure blend pro grow full cycle

Pics are best I can but chop ? Wait s week? Wait longer ? Flush? No flush?
Let’s hear what would you do ?
