When do you introduce a male into your females area for pollination?

do you let them start flowering together? or wait for the female to start flowering??? and how long do you wait to introduce them if you do wait??

Thanks for the help Happy growing...

Rather than natural pollination I like to pollinate the flowers my self directly.

It's a bees job but someones got to do it.

relying on wind movement in your room can lead to uneven pollination of flowers....

Good luck!

Thanks Reel

That makes sense I just found the Grow Faqs section and Now I feel kind like I am wasting bandwith by asking this here.

But thanks for your help and if anyone wants to know this is what I found here on this great site... there is a plethora of information...

if you wanna use the pollen you could cut about 5 inches of stem with some of the pollen sacs on the end, stick it in a glass of water with the sacs hanging out over a piece of white or black paper, then just let them open and drop the pollen, package it in something airtight, put it in the freezer til ready to use.
use a paint brush to "paint" each bud with pollen....
voila!
