Hey everyone! I lollipop my girls when I flip them to flower to 3 nodes. I also defoliate at week 3 and 7. When do you lollipop and defoliate during flower?

Day 21 of flower is a safe bet. By then they should be done stretching and that will be when everything more or less stays in place. Plus the first 2/3 weeks (stretch phase) is when your plant builds the structure for the colas, so you really want them to be firing on all cylinders during that time. Any slow down in this time frame can drastically effect yield.

Do you defoliate and lollipop on day 21?

I am still trying to find myself on my day 21 defoliation. Heavy and light defoliation has benefits. But they also have downsides. One of my earlier grows I defoliated heavy at day 21, this time I did very minimal. I wanted to see the differences for myself because there is a lot of different opinions on this subject. On day 21 or close to it I do a defoliation which sometimes includes a lollipop, I am still in the process of a very light defoliation so I can't say which I like better yet.
