I've heard of folks feeding a few days after sprouting, and some waiting upwards of 4 weeks!

What's your preference and why?

Consider indoor, inert medium (buffered coco/perlite), ppfd of 275-350, and VPD of .6-1.2

I started on 0.6 ec just last week when mine were this size 6 days ago it was, iv just mixed a new feed to 0.8ec and hers they are today

Since I usually grow large crops I wait until the plants tell me what they want before I give it to them. For me that usually means 2 or 3 weeks after sprouting, that's about when they start to require nutrients. I usually start all my plants in ProMix HP and then they get transplanted to outdoors, regular dirt. Once they go outdoors I don't need to supply as much nutrients. Although, I will say we are doing no-till regenerative growing so our soil is getting a little better each and every year. Which is great, because ferts are getting more and more expensive 😏
