When is she ready for harvest

So this is an auto flower planted a seed in Feb 18 she looks very mature and has been flowering for three weeks it shows in books and internet 8-12 weeks before harvesting but she looks almost ready no ? A lot of the hairs are amber in color

I’d say a couple weeks, you still got some white pistils, and those buds still have some swelling to do. I can see if the trichs are clear, cloudy or amber.

That picture is a week ago here is the latest pistils what do you think ? Yea the buds don’t feel super full though ?
