i have my plants in bio bizz light mix and there 2nd node is coming in should i wait keep water looks like there starting to yellow

Let them ride. Should be good on water only for at least two weeks. Give them some root stimulant and when pots get packed with roots start feeding grow formula at 1/4 strength and work your way up. Keep the wet/dry cycle (few times a day if they need it) and make sure they have some space to stretch their roots in flower.

They would be bigger but i didn’t put them in the ground far enough and i had to keep adding soil

if they keep stretching, you would have to wonder if they have enough light or if the light is close enough .
