When should I harvest this crop

I don’t keep a calendar for every plant or group of plants. I have many growing at different life stages and I just eye ball things.
If I push the amber trichome color indicator for harvest to 50% or more what other signs can force my hand to harvest early. Take a look at my fan leaves, you’ll see they are withering, yellowing, some browning. However I still see new bud growth. So I know I am close to harvest but I want the most yield. Is there a point to looking at fan leaves at all for harvest indication?

When the white hairs change color and curl back into the bud I start to check trichomes. I like mine mostly cloudy/5%+ amber.

Couple weeks-ish?
