It’s been about 20 days since it sprouted from the soil, so far I’ve just been giving it distilled water , when would be a good time to start introducing nutes to the water?

what medium are you growing in?

Why are you using distilled water? Is your tap water not drinkable?

What nutes do you have on hand?

Is that an Auto?

Nutes aren't a set amount at x time. Research your strain. I also use coco loco and is ph buffered and enough Some plants will be very sensitive to nutrients and some sprouts will be pigs. I had a cut of Ripleys that 2200ppm and it still dropped. 2400 she bounced. Siblings? 1200-1500 and I'd see mild claw. I bump my ec by 5% each feed. When mild stress is mild claw starting. I'd back off 10 ec and test run off vs what's going in. If everything is cherry I'm dialed in

This is my set up , some pics date back abit hence the smaller plants …

It’s an auto ( blue amnesia ) I have advanced nutrient master grow line
I don't have experience with Advanced Nutrients but when you start feeding, I would start with 50% of the recommended dose. Manufacturer feed charts can sometimes be strong and I would rather start at a lower dose and see how the plants react, that way you don't overdose them.
I would say it's time for some nutes, lighter green makes me think it needs nitrogen but in the years I've been growing I have not dealt with deficiencies or toxicity. I keep things pretty simple, I've been quite fortunate in my journey.
I've always grown Photoperiods but I do have 1 Auto going right now as a tester before doing a full tent grow, I'm at 24 days since sprout, the cotyledons on my Auto have started dropping and yellowing so I'll start feeding nutrients today.
I highly recommend that you start adding Silica to your water, it will help strengthen and protect your plant from all sorts of pests, disease, temps, etc. If you end up using Silica, mix the Silica in your water first and Calmag second if your using that, after that your other nutrients can be mixed in.
