My preference is to wait for a mature fifth node, remove under four and begin tying down around the pot. It's what works for me after much trial and error. Last two pics show the learning curve.

This was perfect. Thanks alot. Gives me an objective to shoot for. For my plant, it's like it hasn't really been growing up the last few days but it's probably at least doubled in thickness amd bushiness. I guess that's what I want but I'm like bitch chill and let me train u lol.
