When Should I Use Coco A&b

hey guy!
I had some seedlings at 11 days old today. I've been feeding them plant start by vitalink. I'm wondering when should I start with A&B and ditch the plant start solution and also should I do a very small flush before I start the A&B to get the plant start out of the coco?

At 2 weeks I start them with 100 ppm and then go up from there as they fill out

Thanks! I was going to do my last feralize tomorrow day 12. Is it worth fertilising with a baby plant feed or will I be okay in waiting another 3 days before using A&B

That one at 11 days today. Also what your schedule? Do you feed 1 day, nothing day 2, water day 3, nothing day 4 and feed again on day 5?
