When To Flip Scrog

For all you scrog growers, when do you flip from veg to flower? I've currently got 1 room / 10 hoods that they are starting to poke thru the screen. I've got 3' between the top of my trellis and bottom of my hoods. My other room is set up the same exact way, just seems to be growing farrrrrr slower for some reason. Thanks in advance for the info!

I usually flip when the net is about 50%- 60% full, less for sativas.
