When To Flower?

I have a 6ft grow tent and the plants are all right at around 2ft with the pot included they make 3 ft. when should I flower? Thanks for all help and feedback.

most time u get 2x to 3 x the growth u had so 2ft going to b 4ft maybe 6ft when going in to flower keeping the light close will help with this but u don't want to burn them with having it to close to them
