When to harvest for highest THC

My plants are close to done so trying to research. .
What is everyone's take on this video.

Interested if this is real science or if someone has debunked this guy .

Didn't watch the vid but there's multiple studies out there showing inflorescent THC peaks about 1-2 weeks before the plant is done.
