Hey fellow farmers… this always bugs me my buds by the naked eye don’t look ready….under the glass the trichomes are all milky maybe 1-2%.
But the pistils are 35-40% red the rest are white.. when do you harvest? Thanks for your time!

Look at the trichs on the caylxes, not the sugar leaves.

If your plant had issues no idea, otherwise visually when almost all the calyxs have swollen and the pisitls not only turned red/orange but also receded back into the calyxs making them shorter.

Pretty much this... and all around not just some areas... The entire bud. Let them get FAT.
