when to pull?

hello fellow farmers im located in sunny nor cal i got a late start and put some large blue dream teens and some grape stomper i got em in around 4th of july i didn't see crowning until around aug 19 .Does this mean they started flowering around aug 8 and i need to pull on oct 8 instead of aug 19 if so i need to flush

hey bud, you need to post some pics for anyone to give even a remote guess on that.
Dates are kind of meaningless, Many things can change the "finish time".
PH swings/lockout, light intensity/exposure time etc etc.
how are the trichomes maturing? Have the pistols receded?
how much swell is left in the petioles?

remember these are flowers not fruit..they wont ripen off the vine.

Listen to Jsan his advice is sound. Outdoor does not work like indoor - you cannot simply count of the weeks and the harvest. You must watch the plant and gauge for yourself by watching the trichs, pistols, and general look of the plant.

I am also in NorCal, about at 39 North, and my Blue Dreams looks a good 3 weeks out if not more. She tends to be a very late strain, often the last in the garden to come down.
