When to repot seedlings?

Hello, It's week 3 since they broke ground. I'll be repotting up to 3gal pots next and was just wondering when I should think about repotting?

I am a bit concerned about leaving it too late as it is an auto, and I've heard you shouldn't repot autos but I have no choice.

You gotta be 'couse one of them is already flowering!:Dthey have to explode in growth as much as possible before they start flower (thats why shouldnt be kept in tight pot for long)or you will have two dwarfs:)Its a little late for transplant but still better do that faster:)
