I don't see damping off, don't try to repot it, that won't stop damping off anyway

unfortunately the way your watering is stunting it

you have to water the whole pot to encourage root growth

that's why most of us start them in much smaller pots or red cups, then up-pot when the roots develop

Learn to water before you start to feed it, search 'wet dry cycle' on this forum
Ok I didn't transplant bc I thought I would mess it up so didn't even think about it

If your grow medium has plenty of sand and pea gravel you get better drainage and watering is not so tricky.
Then you water more often ..
I mix 40% top soil sand and pea gravel to 60% FF strawberry fields.
I used mother earth with peat, Pumice and other stuff I added ab 5-10% more perlite to it

As a grower, you have one purpose. Provide the plant what it needs to grow.
There are many answers to this question. My answer is simply. I calculate for around 100 ppm Nitrogen and add a small amount of nutrient solution when the seedling breaks ground. When the plant is ready it will take up what it needs.

Alright how much should I be giving them? I honestly have no idea and have just been estimating
There in a 5 gal pot
usually when the soil is nearly dry 1/6 soil volume in water watered slowly is enough to get a little run off and moist the whole soil. then wait for the top layer to slowly dry , and when it's dry for 2-3 days water again with smaller amount just to remoist the top layer, and concentrate a little more around the trunk so it penetrate deeper a little.

after some weeks when the plant get bigger you can start to water again with 1/6 soil volume every watering.

the first few weeks of growth i usually water every 6-9 days then when the plant get bigger every 4-6 days.

Ngl I'm confused on the soil part
Not rlly good at math I'm using a 5 gal and when I do that by ab 6 to 20 qts I get 3.33 ngl I'm confused and that might be my problem I water every 4-5 days with about 50-75ml of water bc I didn't know how much and I would look it up and get confused

first watering after transplant you should water with 0.833 gal almost 1 gal let's say to moist the whole soil so the roots always find water as they grow, roots won't grow and thrive in too dry medium.

if your watering with 50 75ml since start up, underwatering is most prolly one of your possible issue(s)

So do I need do do that after I let it dry out for a day or 2? Bc I was looking and no one was explaining wet/dry cycle

I keep a bathroom scale next to my tent, they're pretty cheap. I weighed my pot when it was dry then give my seedlings a cup of water. If it weighs 30.8lb after watering I know it needs to be back down to the starting 30.2lb before watering again. I check my plant every day right now. You can also add a smidge of weight to the dry number based on how big and bulky the plant currently is. Just a thought

it will depend how much your medium is actually satured with water, but if the weight of the pot fill light, yeah moist the whole soil with a large amount of water, water slowly, dry soil take some time to remoist evenly
