As Designed Where are the "New post" & "User CP" buttons?

The layout of the site has changed but Ill get used to it sooner or later but for now where is the "New post" & "User CP" buttons?
Also where the tab which allows me to subscribe to the threads?
This feels like leaning to use the internet... again lol.

New posts are now called "Whats New"

CP seems more complicated... :/

Thanks logic. So how do I subscribe to a thread so it automatically appears in watched thread when there is new activity, or would I have to post a comment to enable it?

The watch thread button appears in all threads, you dont need to make a post. see my screenshot :)
