Well, the Los Angeles City Council's ordinance is in the process of being over turned(wishful yet probable). Now that they have effectively shut down several hundred store fronts as well as displacing 4,000 jobs, the question now lies "where do, us patients who don't have the ability to grow their own cali seeds, go about getting flowers from the cali seeds?" I for one do not wish to register at a dispensary who has to have all patient files available to law enforcement at anytime. I agree with regulation, but this is by no means what the patients want nor is it what the people of Los Angeles want(regardless of what sap you hear being quoted in the LA Times) nor is it constitutional in my honest opinion. They say that "there are more dispensaries than Starbucks in the valley". First of all, you are comparing an entire industry(which is was leveling out the pricing of cannabis due to being in the black market for so long) to one company. Second of all, cannabis doesn't kill 1-10,000 people every year like caffeine does. I would actually say that marijuana saves countless peoples life, regardless if you have cancer(which there is a cure for. If you even wanna call it a cure, it is more of a nutrient deficiency.amygdalin/laeltril/vitaminB-17 all are the same thing, prevents, stops, and regresses cancer) or if you have sever depression or if you have ocular swelling or if you just had a bad day and just need leisure.
Anyway, if anyone can point me into the right direction for a patient to get his flowers, it would be much obliged.
