Which is the best air pump for a Hydro setup?

Hello, any help welcome.

Purchased a kit for 6 plants but feel the shop gave me a pick and mix of shit.

The pumps used keep failing, must have cost £5 each and have been told to hang to reduce noise.

Two questions, which is the best pump to use and does hanging the pumps and not laying them flat impair the pump?

Use the pumps from amazon called “industrial air pumps” they push way more air into your water compared to the normal ones. Only negative is they are louder.

I got the Ecoplus 728450 from amazon and it's supplying 5, 4" air stones more than well. Was just under $40.

It depends on what u are using it for, those commercial air pumps are really good, and if money is an issue I'd go with the vivohome com.wrcial airpump on Amazon, I have probably 9 commercial pumps running almost non stop, and the two, vivohome pumps I have, theyve been running non stop for almost a year and a half now and I've had 0 issues just be careful with some of these if they are for running airstones inside your pots, depending on the quality of your airstones they can actually out off too many bubbles and it's possible to cause root damage, it's like throwing your ladies into a moshpit without pants on. And depending on the aiE.of your system, I'd your plan is to throw a stone in each pot, active aqua makes an adjustable flow 2/4/6/&8 port pump that puts out a little less air volume but does a great job giving added oxygen to your roots!
