White and yellow Dot 1month old

hi. my plant is 1month old.
i could see two bad symptom.

1. small Yellow burning dot?
( i could see small thing flying around the soil, i tired to kill them but they fast )
should i worry about them? what can i do ?
i want to use CuSO4 & Cu fertilizer to get rid of them, its okay ?

2.White appearing dot?

if someone could help me.

have you checked under leaves for bugs?
looks more like water splash not sure i cant zoom in on pic
