May as well harvest it if it’s ready

I might be tempted to wash it after harvest with a mix of baking soda and lemon allbeit I’ve herd folks skip the lemon

Oh man, would have to rinse after that? Will thrips leave after buds dry?

Personally, I would’ve taken a different route at the very start. I would have used predators which you can buy quite cheaply on the net these days.

So the others haven’t been treated at all

Ok this is what I would do ;

I’d harvest what’s ready & wash the buds knowing there’s live thrips I’d adjust the mix to include hydrogen peroxide as well as baking soda & skip the Lemmon

16oz water, 4oz iso, 2 tbsp dawn. Sprayed the medium.

Hey bro, shitty luck. When using iso spray, you need to protect the medium from getting hit with the iso. So cover it up first. Simple way is to use Glad Cling Wrap. Hope it bounces back for ya!!
