White fluffy bud?

I've had it happen when I've over fed, and the plant was close to the center of my light, and it was the tallest bud.

It’s sporadic. Not just on the tall ones. There’s some right next to it that don’t have any white. Same plant. No yellow leaves or brown spots. The bottom leaves of the plant looks nice and healthy too. We will get it tested! I’ll update once I get those numbers!
