White fuzzy mold. Good? bad?

My daughter in law and son recently moved and left me a couple earthboxes. They are both full of soil that has only had one cycle grown in it. I reamended, tossed on some Kashi and now a week later I have this:

I also have a couple seedlings I want to plant. Is it safe?

It’s from the bokashi. It’s good stuff. If you just reamended a week ago it may still be “hot.” Maybe give it another 2-3 weeks or start your seeds in a small container and transplant in a few weeks.

I've used it before in another Earthbox, but I never looked under the mulch tarp.
