Hello, normally when germinating seeds I'd place them in a cup of water until they pop and then I'd put them in a paper towel for a day or so. After reading about people germinating straight in soil I decided to give it a try. After a week of nothing happening I decided to dig them both up and neither one was popped open. I put them in a cup of water and the next day put them in paper towel. Later on I looked at them and noticed they both had a fuzzy looking white mildew on them. I read on what to do and Google says to mix 1:10 ratio bleach water and clean the seeds. I've done that and believe I got all of the mold. I gave them a new paper towel and sprayed them with my spray bottle and placed them in a sandwich baggy on my heat mat. I'm not sure what to expect from them now but I did give them a good squeeze after cleaning and both of them were super solid so I don't think they have rotted. Has anyone else ever had this happen? Thanks in advance. They're auto seeds mephisto Starwbba The Hutt and Seedsman Blueberry.
