Welcome to unpredicatable outdoor growing. So you said you wanted her to flower all summer long so it's a photoperiod right? How long has she been outside and is it in a area where it gets 8hr of continues sunlight? It may go into full flower now and it may not. That's why all these farms place extra lights in there grow hoop houses to extend the sunlight and prevent early flower. These newer strains well some of them will flower on 18hr light you may of got a strain that is prone to this.
I would'nt bring it inside in a tent i'd leave it outdoors. Last year i had 2 slurricane photos go into early flower and i just let it ride. They grew out fine, no reveg but the plants were small.
